Short Bio

I am currently an Assistant Researcher (Yuxiu Young Scholar) in the School of Information Management at Nanjing University, and also a member of the Laboratory of Data Intelligence and Interdisciplinary Innovation led by Prof. Jianjun Sun. I am also a member of the eXplainable Reinforcement Learning (XRL) group led by Prof. Chunlin Chen. Under the fortunate mentorship of Prof. Chen, I received my Ph.D. (2024) and Master’s (2020) degrees from Nanjing University.

🔬 Research Interests: My research lies at the intersection of 🔍 Interpretability, 🧠 Reinforcement Learning, 🤖 Robotics, ⚙️ Machine Learning, and 🧪 AI4Science.
🎯 Goals: Leveraging large-scale scientific data, I employ interpretable machine learning, causal inference, and large language models to uncover the underlying mechanisms and causal relationships in scientific innovation and research collaboration.
💡 Research Philosophy: I believe the language that humans and machines communicate must be human-centered--higher-level, human-friendly concepts--so that it can make sense to everyone, regardless of how much they know about ML.
